We are growing with several new projects and are therefore looking for new concrete workers for our factory in Finja, just outside Hässleholm. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.

Your Responsibilities

The work primarily involves forming, reinforcing, and pouring concrete walls, balcony slabs, floor slabs, and similar products. You will work closely with other staff who reinforce, pour, and finish the walls. The work includes reading blueprints and collaborating in smaller teams. Some tasks are physically demanding.

Your Background/Your Qualities

To be considered for the position of concrete worker at K-Prefab, you should have education or experience from the construction industry or another manufacturing industry. You are proficient in reading blueprints and are generally handy. Previous experience in forming/reinforcement is a significant plus.

As a person, you are ambitious, meticulous, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves, while also being a pronounced team player.

The positions are full-time and the working hours are during the day. Start date is as soon as possible by agreement. After a hiring period at K-Prefab, it is expected that the employment will transition to a permanent position.
